Arc. Gbenga Onabanjo

Arc. Gbenga is the founder and managing partner of GYB  Consults Ltd, a design and build outfit set up in 1987. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects. His expertise includes but not limited to Construction, Project Management, Spatial Design and Management. He has worked and consulted for various architectural outfits before setting up GYB Consults Ltd. Arc. Onabanjo holds a masters' degree in Environment, Design and Architecture from the University of Lagos, from where he
finished in 1982. He is an alumnus of the Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School), where he attended the Chief Executives Programme  (CEP) in 2002. He has also participated in several seminars and courses on the Environment, home and abroad.
Arc. Onabanjo is a passionate environmentalist with a love for sustainable designs for the environment. He is the founder of GO-FORTE FOUNDATION, an NGO set up for the restoration of the environment. He serves on several boards and is the Chairman Board of Directors, Global Property Partners.

Emmanuel Odemayowa

Emmanuel is a transformational business leader with over 15 years of working experience in developing innovative solutions, analyzing complex situations, turning strategy into action with cross-functional business knowledge to catalyze change transformation and drive success. Emmanuel Odemayowa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London School of Business & Finance and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in English Language and Literature from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He attended the Owner Manager Programme at the Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) and has also participated in several pieces of training in Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing. In the course of his career, Emmanuel Odemayowa worked with the Economic Growth and Development Centre, Abuja, where he was fully involved in research projects spanning National Planning and Development Issues. He later moved to the real estate sector as pioneer Business Development Manager with a frontline real estate firm in Nigeria, after which he became the Managing Director of Ambassage Properties Limited (A Commercial Real Estate Development Firm). There he spearheaded the growth and expansion of the Ambassage Group; which also includes: The Sage Homes (The luxury homes subsidiary of the business). He is presently the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Global Property Partners, a firm with expertise in Infrastructure Financing, Investment Advisory, and Development Partnerships.

Tunde is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 20 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and business consulting. He is a Certified Forensic Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He started his professional accounting career with BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. Chartered Accountants in 1988 where he acquired the needed first-hand industry-specific expertise that propelled him through a fulfilling career pursuit.
He is the founder of TAC Professional services in 1999 and he has led the firm to high profile Audit, Forensic, Taxation, Business Consulting & Advisory assignments covering all sectors of the economy; growing the firm to be one of the most visible professional practice firms in Nigeria. Tunde is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a Certified Forensic Accountant (CFA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner; He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and has attended various conferences both locally and internationally. He serves as a member board of Directors, Global Property Partners.

Adeola Adesanya

Adeola is a focused strategist with over 25 years of working experience in various aspects of the built environment and the management of direct projects from concept deigns to operational status. .
Adeola holds a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Lagos. She also received her Master’s in Management from the University of Witswatersrand in South Africa.
Adeola worked as the General Manager for Facilities Management at Liberty Group Properties, South Africa. Liberty Group Properties is an organization with property assets valued at over R30bn. The portfolio of direct property assets span different property sectors (retail, office, hospitality) across South Africa. Notable amongst them is Sandton City, Nelson Mandela Square, Eastgate, Century City and Umhlanga mixed use development. Prior to that, she was the Director, Operations at the Human Sciences Research Council, Pretoria (HSRS), in which position she actively managed the strategy and operational activities of the HSRC ensuring seamless business operations nationally, maintaining
uniformity of service and products with infrastructure in HSRC offices nationally. Her responsibilities included property management, leasing and facility management; (management and maintenance of building structure and plant/technical equipment, soft services, security, logistics including fleet, business support) across its offices nationally. Adeola Adesanya is a member of the board of directors at Global Property Partners. She brings on board a creative & unique perspective in approaching issues due to her broad range of experience across the property value chain.

Laolu Oluwarinde

Laolu is an experienced Strategic Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Management Consulting and the Real Estate industry. He is skilled in Marketing Management, Business Planning, Project Management, Brand Development, Coaching, Integrated Marketing, and Advertising with unique problem solving, creative and motivational skill.
As an accounting graduate, he started his career with Bamisebi Oyetunde & Co. (Stock & IT Consultants) as a System Accountant. He also worked with Morris Roussel Consulting (Investment and Real Estate Consultants) as Accountant and Consultant among others. He was the Head, Business
Development & Client Service at a Marketing & Communication firm.
He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), an Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing, Nigeria (ANIMN), and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers (CIS). He has attended and facilitated at many trainings on Strategic Management and Marketing, one of which is Global BUSINESS STRATEGIES (MBA) at Metropolitan School of Business and Management UK. He is the Convener/Anchor of YES YOU CAN (Empowerment & Motivational Sessions). He is a messenger of HOPE and currently serves as Head of Operations at Global Property Partners.
